Shipping and Returns


Shipping method?

          Local and Domestic US Shipping is done through USPS and costs a flat rate of $3.95 for every item ordered.

          International Shipping is done through Priority Mail Express International® with USPS with a flat rate fee of $41.50 (Canada $23.95).

  • Everywhere else  $41.50

Do I ship out of the country?

          Yes, but the customer is responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Seven Sparrows is not responsible for any delays due to customs.


Time frame?

Local Shipping 2-3 business days (USPS First Class)

US Domestic 5-7 business days (Priority Mail)

International shipping may take 7-10 business days (Priority Mail Express International®)


Tracking number?

Every item we send comes with a tracking number, but the package is uninsured.

What is your return policy?

Can I return?

          All of my items are unique pieces, including genuine diamonds, gemstones, and authentic Tahitian, Edison, and South Sea Cultured Pearls. We do not accept returns however, certain exceptions may apply.

          If you have an issue with your order, feel free to contact sevensparrowshi@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery. If the request for return meets standards, we will email you a return form for you to send back with the item. In some cases we will allow exchanges. We will accept returns up to two weeks upon purchase date if the issue is due to a manufacturing defect. Buyers are responsible for the return shipping costs and the item needs to be shipped back within 21 days of original delivery. Item needs to be in its original packaging, tags attached, and in unworn condition. We will inspect the item upon receiving it. If the identification tag(s) have been removed or show signs of wear, we cannot accept the return. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Absolutely no returns/refunds on custom/personal orders.
